Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original Bite box or a similar mailer, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
